Born from a collaboration between Kyoto and Rotterdam, the TOZAI Longwear is a unisex dressing gown that reimagines traditional Japanese leisurewear for the modern lifestyle. Inspired by the structure of a happi coat and the relaxed comfort of samue, this piece offers a refined silhouette that transitions seamlessly from morning rituals to remote work, or from a relaxing bath to a quiet evening on the balcony.
Each garment is hand-painted by Kyoto artisans, featuring soft color gradients that reflect the passing day—from the crisp air of dawn to the warmth of dusk. With its adjustable "Okumi" belt, it can be styled loosely for relaxation or tied for a tailored look. It is more than loungewear; it is a wearable piece of art that makes the everyday feel like a special occasion.
