Q. のれんは屋外でも使えますか？
A. 屋内・屋外どちらでもご使用いただけますが、直射日光や雨風の影響により色あせ・生地の劣化が進む場合があります。屋外でご使用の際は軒下など、できるだけ風雨を避けて設置してください。
Q. サイズのオーダーは可能ですか？
A. はい。既製サイズ以外にも、幅・丈を指定したオーダー制作を承っております。ご希望のサイズや用途をお問い合わせフォームよりお知らせください。
Q. 天然染料で染めたのれんは色落ちしますか？
A. 天然染料の特性上、時間の経過や日光・摩擦によって徐々に色が変化します。これは自然素材ならではの風合いとしてお楽しみください。
Q. 使用後のメンテナンス方法を教えてください。
A. ほこりは軽く払い、汚れが気になる場合は冷水でやさしく手洗いしてください。漂白剤・乾燥機は使用せず、日陰で自然乾燥させてください。
Q. のれんの生地はどのような素材ですか？
A. 綿・麻・綿麻混などの天然繊維素材を使用しています。素材により透け感や手触り、染まり方が異なります。
Q. 掛け棒（ポール）や金具は付属しますか？
A. 通常はのれん本体のみの販売です。ポール・金具類は設置環境に合わせてお客様にてご用意ください。
Q. 使用しないときの保管方法は？
A. よく乾かしてから、直射日光と湿気を避けた場所に保管してください。長期保管時は防虫剤などを一緒に入れておくと安心です。
注文・配送について
Q. 海外配送は可能ですか？
A. はい。日本（京都）から世界各国へ発送します。送料・お届け目安はチェックアウト画面で表示されます。
Q. 1回の注文で複数住所へ送れますか？
A. 1注文につきお届け先は1件です。複数宛先の場合はお手数ですが分けてご注文ください。
Q. 注文後に配送先の変更はできますか？
A. 出荷前であれば可能な限り対応します。出荷後の転送は承れません。お早めにご連絡ください。
Q. 輸送中に破損していました。
A. 到着後7日以内に info@noren-craft.com まで、破損箇所・外装・納品書（注文番号）の写真を添えてご連絡ください。

返品・交換について
Q. 返品や交換はできますか？
A. 染料（原料）は衛生・取扱い上の理由で最終販売（返品不可） となります。手染めテキスタイルは未使用・同梱物完備の場合に限り、到着後7日以内に事前連絡のうえ対応いたします。
Q. 画面と色が違います。返品対象ですか？
A. モニター環境および手染めの個体差により色が異なる場合があります。製品特性のため不良には該当しません。
サステナビリティ・安全性
Q. 天然染料は安全ですか？
A. 繊維用として販売しています。取り扱い時は必要に応じて手袋・マスク等をご使用のうえ、乳幼児の手の届かない場所で保管してください。
