Processing Time & Delivery Processing times differ by product type.

• Ready-to-ship items (e.g., Bags): Dispatched within 3-5 business days.

• Made-to-order items (e.g., Noren): Please allow approx. 15 days for production.

• Special items (e.g., Dyeing Kits): Dispatched within 10-15 days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes about 1 week via DHL Express. Please verify the specific lead time on each product page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
