Necessary Charges Other Than Goods

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (or Flat Rate).

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment Methods Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Made-to-order items (e.g., Noren): Please allow approx. 15 days for production before shipment.

  • Special items (e.g., Dyeing Kits): Dispatched within 10-15 days.

  • Pre-order items: As specified on the product page. Once shipped, delivery typically takes approx. 1 week via DHL Express.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective Items: In the case of defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Customer Convenience: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., "wrong size," "different from expectation"), especially for made-to-order or customized items.

  • Return Shipping: If a return is approved due to a defect, we will cover the shipping costs. For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
