"Byakuroku" originally refers to the finest palest powder of the Malachite mineral used in traditional Japanese painting (Nihonga). In the world of textiles this color captures the soft powdery green found on the underside of leaves or lichen growing on ancient stones. Derived from Mugwort (Yomogi) a plant deeply connected to Japanese daily life this dye produces a serene milky green. It is a color of tranquility and purity evoking the quiet breath of nature.

「白緑」は、元々は孔雀石（マラカイト）を細かく砕いた、日本画の顔料の色を指します。 染色の世界では、葉の裏側や、古い石に生す苔のような、白を含んだパウダリーな緑色を表します。 原料となるのは、日本人に馴染み深い蓬（ヨモギ）。春の野のような優しさと、どこか冷涼感を感じさせるその色合いは、静寂と清らかさを象徴するような、心安らぐ淡い緑です。

3. 染め方の方法について
本キットには、初心者の方でも安心して取り組めるよう、詳しい手順書を同封しています。
基本的な流れは、煮出した染料に生地を浸し、媒染（色を定着させる工程）を行い、水洗いして乾かすシンプルな工程です。
ご自身のキッチンで、植物の香りに包まれながら色が移ろう時間をゆっくりとお楽しみください。
4. Care Instructions for Your Finished Piece
- Washing: Wash separately using a neutral detergent in cold or lukewarm water to prevent color transfer.
- Drying: Natural dyes are sensitive to UV rays. Please dry in the shade to preserve the hue.
